These terms are an agreement between you and Templa Store ("Templa Store", "we", "us"), trading as Templa. Templa Store provides digital website templates and related files through this store. By creating an account, purchasing, downloading or otherwise continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you are contracting as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.
On payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased template in your own projects, including commercial ones, for an unlimited number of your own end products. You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense the templates as-is or as a competing template, remove our notices, or circumvent technical limits. Reverse engineering of any protected components is not permitted.
You must not misuse the service. In particular you must not use it for unlawful purposes, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property or other rights, or to interfere with its security — including uploading malware, probing or scanning our systems, or scraping the store. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.
Templa Store retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the service, the templates, their source files, documentation and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you; you receive only the licence described above. Content you upload or create using a template remains yours, and you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.
We work to keep the store available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Purchases are one-time payments in the currency shown at checkout, inclusive of any applicable taxes calculated at the time of purchase. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for our money-back guarantee.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment or chargeback, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. Licences for templates already paid for survive termination unless the termination is due to fraud, chargeback or licence abuse. On termination you may lose access to your account area and future updates; you can request an export of your order records within 30 days.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's place of establishment, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. We may update these terms and will post the revised version on this page.
