Templa Store offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — including if you simply changed your mind.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or email us at support@templa.store and we will arrange it for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Once a refund is issued, the licence for the refunded template ends and you must stop using and delete the files. See our Terms & Conditions and Paddle's Refund Policy.
